 WE ARE WORKING CLOSELY WITH NOTTINGHAM UNIVERSITY SUPPORTING 4TH YEAR MEDICAL STUDENTS. FROM SEPTEMBER 2016 WE WILL HAVE STUDENTS WITH US ON 4 WEEK ATTACHMENTS. THEY WILL BE SUPERVISED BY A GP AND YOU CAN DECIDE IF YOU WANT A STUDENT PRESENT OR NOT AT YOUR CONSULTATION.

When we are closed you may put your prescription request in the post box on the wall near the door, it is checked at least twice a day, Monday to Friday.

Repeat Prescriptions

multicolour_pillsYou may be allowed to have repeat prescriptions without having to see your doctor every time. 

Attached to your prescription is an order form for the drugs available to you on repeat prescription.  All you need to do is tick the items you require and return or fax the form to the medical centre.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration.

If you are housebound and unable to get the form to the surgery, you may telephone after 14:00.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
