REMINDER THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT REQUESTS FOR REPEAT MEDICATION OVER THE PHONE (unless housebound).  SO REGISTER FOR THE FREE ON LINE SERVICES ALLOWING YOU TO REQUEST YOUR REPEAT MEDICATION AND MANAGE YOUR GP APPOINTMENTS 24/7.  PLEASE ASK A MEMBER OF THE SURGERY TEAM FOR YOUR REGISTRATION DETAILS WHEN YOU NEXT PHONE US.
